Tivon Loubser is an accomplished finance professional with a double major in Finance and Accounting. He has a strong background in automation, having used VBA and Python to streamline investor reporting processes, and is proficient in building complex financial models for infrastructure projects and venture capital. His analytical acumen and hands-on leadership enable him to manage cross-functional teams effectively and drive strategic growth initiatives.

Trystan Speck
Trystan Speck is an investment analyst with experience across private credit, alternative investments, and fund structuring. He has been involved in the development and launch of investment products, contributing to structuring, analysis, and execution across multiple transactions.
His work is grounded in a strong analytical foundation and a disciplined approach to risk and return, with a focus on delivering sustainable, risk-adjusted outcomes for investors. Trystan brings a commercially driven mindset and is committed to building innovative investment solutions that create long-term value across evolving markets.
Kennedy Chirowamhangu
Kennedy Chenaimwoyo Chirowamhangu is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and seasoned Corporate Finance and Project Finance Specialist with over 12 years of experience across private equity, venture capital, and structured finance. He has deep expertise in financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis, with a strong track record in evaluating and structuring large-scale investments across infrastructure, mining, energy, and emerging markets.
He is recognised for his ability to develop bankable financial models, lead complex transactions, and provide strategic insights that support capital allocation and investment decision-making. Kennedy has worked on high-impact transactions spanning securitisation, renewable energy, and cross-border capital markets.
Adam Dakes
Adam Dakes is an investment analyst specialising in post-investment management and portfolio oversight. He is responsible for monitoring the performance of underlying investments, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting value preservation and growth strategies. His role involves detailed financial analysis, performance tracking, and ongoing engagement with investment partners and stakeholders, with a strong focus on aligning investments to their strategic objectives.
He has experience across a range of asset classes and a particular interest in private markets and alternative investments. Adam brings a structured, analytical approach to investment management, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making, risk awareness, and long-term value creation.
Samukelisiwe Sibiya
Samuke is a SAICA CA Trainee at Grovest Investment Holdings, currently completing a rotation in Corporate Finance. In this role, Samuke has developed strong technical and analytical expertise in investment analysis and financial modelling within a dynamic investment environment.
Key responsibilities include the development of fully integrated three‑statement financial models to support strategic decision‑making, as well as debt covenant modelling and analysis to assess financial sustainability and risk exposure. She is actively involved in investment appraisal processes, applying valuation methodologies and financial performance metrics to evaluate potential opportunities and support group audit requirements.
